The family company Tehnovar is a company with a successful tradition since 1980.
We are focused on the production of welds, components of special-purpose machines and devices according to the customer’s documentation.
Production takes place in two plants with a total area of 2000 m2. In the first plant, the production of welds takes place, starting with flame / plasma cutting of sheets on a CNC-controlled cutter or sawing profiles on an automated band saw or scissors. Next, the cut-out positions in the cooperative are sandblasted, then the locksmiths prepare them by manual machining procedures and by using manual coupling machines into the welding assembly.
Welds are welded using quality Lorch MAG welding machines. For welding we use quality welding wire type SG2 with the appropriate certificate of wire quality.
In the second plant, the machining of positions and welds takes place. For this purpose, we are equipped with drilling machines, lathes, universal milling machine, horizontal milling drilling NC centers and CNC horizontal milling drilling center. The equipment enables us to fully process our products.
The production cycle is completed by painting in the product painting chamber.
In this hall, the implementation of control and preparation of products for shipment is also organized. We also deliver them by arrangement.
